Approach

Four stages, each with something you can decide on.

The sequence is deliberately easy to stop early and deliberately hard to fake late.

  1. Assess

Connect the use case to value, and examine the data, architecture, risk and ownership it depends on.

OutputA scoped recommendation and a kill-or-go decision.

  2. Prove

Define evaluation first, then build the smallest system that can test the assumptions that matter.

OutputMeasured evidence, not a demonstration judged on instinct.

  3. Harden

Engineer for security, reliability, integration, cost, latency and the failure modes that will actually occur.

OutputA deployable system with controls and observability.

  4. Operate

Deploy, monitor, improve and transfer knowledge, supporting ongoing operation where that is agreed.

OutputA system with clear ownership that your team can run.

Every engagement should be easy to stop at step one and straightforward to operate by step four. Production should feel dependable, not theatrical.

How we work

Engineering principles, not preferences.

How we work

  • Evals before features.
  • Security, governance and ownership designed in.
  • Cost, latency and reliability treated as product requirements.
  • Your cloud, your repository and your data.
  • Observable, testable and reversible delivery.
  • Documentation and capability transfer are part of the build.

What we work with

Cloud & data platforms

  • Microsoft Azure
  • Amazon Web Services
  • Google Cloud
  • Databricks

Languages

  • Python
  • TypeScript

Delivery

  • GitHub
  • GitHub Actions
  • Azure DevOps

Observability

  • OpenTelemetry
  • Grafana
  • Datadog

Next step

Have an AI initiative that needs to work in the real world?

Bring the opportunity, architecture or delivery problem. We will use an introductory call to understand the context, tell you candidly where we can help and identify the most useful next step.
