Arcadian Data is led by Bilal Razi, a data science and AI specialist whose career has combined technical delivery, operational decision-making and leadership.
Bilal leads each Arcadian Data engagement personally, from the initial assessment and architecture through implementation and handover. Clients work directly with the person responsible for the technical judgement and the delivery that follows.
Bilal Razi is a data science and AI specialist with experience across predictive modelling, advanced analytics and production AI. His work covers the full model lifecycle, from problem definition, statistical analysis and feature engineering through deployment, monitoring, governance and operational adoption.
His professional experience outside Arcadian Data includes senior and leadership roles in Oil & Gas, Aviation, Real Estate, Insolvency, Tax, Actuarial, Public Sector, and Finance. He has led multidisciplinary data science and AI teams, established applied analytics functions and advised senior decision-makers, while remaining directly involved in delivery. He holds a master’s degree in Data Science, a first-class degree in Actuarial Science, and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from California Institute of Technology.
